Scholarships for your seniors
Each participating high school receives three $500 scholarships for seniors. You, the school counselor, choose the students. There is no application, no essay and no cost to the school or the family.
Who is eligible?
High school seniors in Puerto Rico who work hard and could use a little financial help to stay in school or continue their education. We focus on schools in low-income communities. Scholarships are given while funds last.
Why counselors?
Because nobody knows your students better than you do. We would rather trust your judgment than a form.
Who we are
Fundación Futuro Brillante is a Puerto Rico 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 66-1070709) run entirely by volunteers. No one is paid, so as much as possible of every donation goes directly to students. A dozen seniors have received scholarships from us in the last few months, and we add more every week.
